Depending on the circumstances, we will repair the product or provide a replacement.
Return Policy
While we regret to hear you’d like to return an item, we do accept returns under these conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original components.
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds to cover inspection and processing.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We can provide a prepaid return label if requested, and the cost will be deducted from the refund along with the restocking fee.
All returns must be approved in advance. Please include a note with your order number inside the package to ensure proper processing.
We do not offer exchanges or product “upgrades” for newer versions. New product releases are always announced in advance.
For safety reasons, body armor and protective equipment are non-refundable. We cannot reissue life-saving gear once it has left our control.
Refunds may be refused at our discretion if the above conditions are not met.
