Overview
Dirty Bastards Collective (“we,” “us,” “DBC”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns or refunds are allowed, how to request them, and any fees that apply.
Eligible items
Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and components.
A return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Requests after 14 days are not eligible for a refund (may be eligible under warranty — see our Warranty & Repair Policy).
Body armor and protective equipment (including vests) are non-refundable for safety reasons. We cannot reissue life-saving gear once it has left our control.
How to request a return
Email sales@dirtybastardscollective.com with subject line Return Request — [Order #] within the 14-day window. Include: order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the reason for return.
Do not ship an item back without an RMA/return authorization (we will provide instructions). Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused.
Fees and shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover inspection and processing.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We can provide a prepaid return label if requested; the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund along with the restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing times at banks/issuers may add extra days.
Exchanges and upgrades
We do not offer exchanges or product “upgrades” for newer versions. If you want a different item, place a new order and return the original item (if eligible) per this policy.
Refusal of refunds
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item fails to meet the eligibility requirements above (e.g., used, damaged, missing original components, or returned without authorization).
Warranty & Repair Policy (Lifetime Guarantee)

Warranty coverage
We offer a lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser for defects in materials and workmanship on products manufactured by DBC. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized alterations, or to third-party components not manufactured by DBC.
How to make a warranty claim
Email sales@dirtybastardscollective.com with Warranty Claim — [Order #], a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
We will evaluate your claim and may request the product be returned for inspection (we will provide an RMA if return is needed). Do not ship items without approval.
Remedies
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, at our discretion we will: (a) repair the product, (b) replace it with the same or a comparable model, or (c) provide a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).
If a return/repair is approved under warranty, we will advise whether we will cover return shipping or reimburse shipping costs. Reimbursement is at our discretion and may require a receipt.
Turnaround
Once a defective item is received for inspection, repairs/replacements typically take 7–21 business days, depending on parts availability and service volume. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, exposure to chemicals, improper maintenance, modifications, or normal wear. Products made by third parties are subject to the third party’s warranty, not this warranty.
Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Carriers and transit times
Domestic (U.S.): Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. Typical transit: 3–7 business days after shipment (varies by carrier/service chosen at checkout).
International: Shipped via major international carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS International). Typical transit: 7–21 business days after shipment, subject to customs delays.
APO/FPO addresses: We support shipment to APO/FPO addresses; transit may be longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable (see Return & Refund Policy).
Customs, taxes, duties
For international shipments the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or damaged shipments
Once we hand the package to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for transit. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@dirtybastardscollective.com and provide the order number and tracking number — we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Shipping restrictions and special handling
Some products may have shipping restrictions or require special handling. We will notify you if a product in your order cannot ship to your destination.
Where local or carrier rules prohibit shipment of a product, we will cancel (in whole or in part) the order and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Signature and delivery instructions
If you want signature required on delivery, choose that option at checkout where available. We may require a signature for high-value orders.
