Repair & Warranty Policy


We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser. If you experience any issue with one of our items, please contact us at sales@dirtybastardscollective.com with photos and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, we will repair the product or provide a replacement.

 
Return Policy

 

- While we regret to hear you’d like to return an item, we do accept returns under these conditions:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original components.


- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds to cover inspection and processing.


- The customer is responsible for return shipping. We can provide a prepaid return label if requested, and the cost will be deducted from the refund along with the restocking fee.


- All returns must be approved in advance. Please include a note with your order number inside the package to ensure proper processing.


- We do not offer exchanges or product “upgrades” for newer versions. New product releases are always announced in advance.


- For safety reasons, body armor and protective equipment are non-refundable. We cannot reissue life-saving gear once it has left our control.


- Refunds may be refused at our discretion if the above conditions are not met.
