Gear is only as good as what you know about it.

We're Dirty Bastards Collective. We design and make our gear in house, in Western Colorado, for people who run their kit hard: on duty, on the range, and out in the field. Every piece starts with a problem that either us, or someone came across. Like an EUD mount that ends up clashing with your mags, or a pouch that won't come off your belt fast enough. This blog is where we show our work.

• Why it changed. When we improve something, we'll tell you what changed and why, starting with the ASAP Buckle, from its first version to its second.
• What's new. New gear as it launches: the problem it solves, and how it came together.
• How it fits. Kit setups for different jobs, from a slick carrier to a full load-out, and the pieces that work together.

Where it's going

Over time, we want this to be a place you come back to: a setup guide you pull up before a range day, honest notes on what we're testing, and stories from the people running our gear.
